The resort is very family oriented - the pool side of the hotel was a little noisier than we were wanting (we were escaping from our kids) but the other side was much quieter and equally enjoyable. We met a number of really great people who also had a similar experience with the presentation. We sat through the presentation - and were treated very well when and after we said no thank you. We also had to wait to be shown to our room but we spent it in the lobby bar becoming acclimated. The rug and sofa in our suite showed a little wear, but the room was so clean, the entire resort was so clean! Manuel was always cleaning something! The staff was very friendly, patient and helpful.
